water 37 1/2  cups
Jennie-O® All Natural Ground Turkey Thigh 69 oz. 12 1/2  cups

2.  In a large pot, add soup, water and turkey.  Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes until turkey is cooked.

frozen pepper and onion blend, diced 19 oz. 3 1/2  cups
carrot, shredded 11 oz. 2 3/4  cups
curry powder tsp.
3.  To pot, add cooked rice, pepper and onion blend, carrots and curry.  Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.

4.  To Serve: Using an 8 oz ladle, portion 1 cup soup in bowl.

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.
