|1. Heat oil in sauté pan over medium high heat. Add tomatoes and cook until blistered, about 3 minutes.|
|2. Add soup, spinach and half of the cheese. Bring to a simmer.|
|3. Add cooked tortellini and simmer for 2 minutes. Garnish with remaining cheese.|
