Instructions

1. Prepare tuna salad (omit bread) USDA Recipe E-24 according to instructions .

2. Split Pepperidge Farm® Goldfish® Whole Wheat Bread.

3. Using a #8 scoop, portion 1/2 cup tuna salad onto one slice of bread.

4. Top with second slice of bread.  Serve immediately.

CCP: Hold for cold service at 41°F until needed.

Recipe Tip

  1. For a complete reimbursable meal, try serving with 1/2 cup canned fruit medley, 3/4 cup sweet potato fries, and 8 ounces of low-fat milk.
