Tuna Salad USDA Recipe F-08 6 oz. 0 1/2  cups

1. Prepare tuna salad (omit bread) USDA Recipe E-24 according to instructions .

2. Split Pepperidge Farm® Goldfish® Whole Wheat Bread.

3. Using a #8 scoop, portion 1/2 cup tuna salad onto one slice of bread.

4. Top with second slice of bread.  Serve immediately.
