part skim mozzarella cheese slices
romaine lettuce 0 1/2  cups
tomato 1 oz. slices
Instructions
1. Split Pepperidge Farm® Goldfish® Whole Wheat Bread sandwich bread.
2. Top one slice of bread with turkey, cheese and second slice of bread.
3. Offer lettuce and tomato as a side.  Serve immediately.

CCP: Hold for cold service at 41°F until needed.
