Campbells® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup, 50 oz can 150 oz. cans
water 12 3/4  cups
1. Prepare Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup according to label directions.
Weight Measure
ground turkey sausage, cooked 3 lb.
sweet Italian pork sausage 2 lb.
hot pepper sauce tbsp.
1. Heat and combine both sausages and hot sauce, hold hot.
Weight Measure
green and red bell pepper, diced 2 lb.
celery, diced 18 oz.
diced tomatoes 25 oz.
3. Individually sauté veggies, heat other ingredients and hold hot.
Weight Measure
brown rice, cooked, hot 25 oz.
Cheddar cheese 25 oz.
4. For each serving:
1 ½ oz cooked sausage mixture
½ oz pepper mixture
½ oz celery
½ oz brown rice
½ oz diced tomatoes
Add 6 oz prepared Campbell’s® Cream of Mushroom Soup
Top with ½ oz cheese and serve immediately.
