onion, finely chopped 19 oz. 3 1/4  cups
garlic, whole cloves, peeled, minced 2 oz. 13  cloves
Italian seasoning 1 oz. tsp.
whole wheat bread crumbs 37 oz. 9 3/4  cups
cholesterol-free egg substitute, frozen, thawed 28 oz. 3 1/4  cups
1. In large bowl, thoroughly mix turkey, 7 1/2 cups of Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Tomato Soup, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, bread crumbs and egg substitute.

2. Shape the mixture into loaves, 8x4-inch each.  A recipe batch of 104 portions will make 13 loaves. 

3. Pour the remaining Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Tomato Soup over meatloaves.

4. Bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour 10 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through. 

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.

5.  Allow the meatloaves to stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

6. Cut each meatloaf into 8 equal sized slices. 

7. To Serve: Using spatula, portion 1- 1" slice onto plate. Serve immediately,
