Campbells® Condensed Cream of Potato Soup, 50 oz ea cans
whole milk 50  fl oz.
roasted turkey breast, diced 1/2-inch 24 oz.
frozen green peas, cooked 14 oz. 2 1/2  cups
carrot, diced, cooked 14 oz. 2 1/2  cups
saltine cracker, crumbled 5 oz.
fresh parsley, chopped tbsp.
1.  Combine Campbell’s® Cream of Potato Soup and milk.  Mix thoroughly.

2.  Bring soup mixture to a low simmer.  Continue to simmer for 5 minutes.

3.  Add turkey, peas, and carrots.  Simmer on low heat for an additional 5 minutes.

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.

4.  To serve, ladle 1 cup into a small bowl.  Top each serving with 1 tablespoon crumbled saltines and ½ teaspoon parsley.  Serve immediately.
