garlic, minced 4 oz. 0 333/1000  cups
1.  Heat oil over medium high heat in a large pot or kettle. Add garlic.  Sweat for 1 minute or until fragrant.

onion, diced 1/2-inch 18 oz. cups
carrot, peeled, diced 1/2-inch 18 oz. cups
celery, diced 1/2-inch 18 oz. cups
red bell pepper, diced 1/4-inch 18 oz. 2 1/4  cups
2.  Add onions, carrots, celery and peppers. Sweat for 5 to 7 minutes or until soft. Do not brown.

3.  Deglaze pan with white wine.

water 24  cups
roasted turkey breast, diced 1/2-inch 30 oz.
dried sage, leaves tsp.
dried marjoram leaves 0 3/4  tsp.
ground white pepper 0 3/4  tsp.
4.  Add Campbell's® Signature Low Sodium Chicken Culinary Foundation, water, turkey, sage, marjoram and pepper. Bring to a simmer. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes.

cooked parboiled long-grain white rice 44 oz. 8 333/1000  cups
cooked wild rice, ounce 12 oz. 2 3/8  cups
5.  Stir in white and wild rice. Simmer until rice is heated through.

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.

fresh Italian parsley, chopped 3 oz. 1 1/2  cups
fresh thyme leaves, chopped tsp.
fresh dill weed, chopped tsp.
6. Stir in fresh parsley, thyme and dill.

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.

To Serve: Using an 8 oz. ladle, portion 1 cup soup into bowl.
