1. Mix beef and salsa thoroughly. Shape beef mixture into 24 firm patties,5 oz, 1/2 inch thick.

2. Cook burgers on griddle or grill for 8 to 10 minutes or until internal temperature is 165º F. or higher for 15 seconds.
