Registered Dietitian, chef wannabe, and lover of simple good food, Anita collaborates with the Campbell Foodservice team to develop products, recipes, and solutions for operators like you.

Anita cultivated her passion for food and nutrition at Drexel University, where she earned her B.S. in nutrition and dietetics, and at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where she was a dietetic intern. Before joining Campbell in 2012, she worked at Chartwells K-12, a division of Compass Group, N.A., Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden, NJ, and Jefferson Medical College and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Anita’s diverse experience has helped her form a deep appreciation for the positive effects that delicious food, good nutrition, and enjoyable eating experiences can have on people’s lives.
