Chef Charles supports the North American Foodservice Division and the Science and Technology team at Campbell’s. He brings 30 years of experience from some of the world`s most prestigious private clubs. He has managed clubs in Japan, Switzerland, and across The United States. In addition, he has won numerous American Culinary Foundation metals. Chef Charles has also worked with Cathedral Kitchen, a local organization that teaches culinary arts to the needy and under-privileged.
Chef Charles is an alumnus of the Culinary Institute of America and a member of the American Culinary Federation.
