low fat cottage cheese 4 oz. 0 1/2  cups
canned peaches in light syrup 2.25 oz. 0 1/2  cups
cinnamon sugar 0 1/4  tsp.
raisins 1.312 oz. 0 1/4  cups
Instructions
1. In small bowl, combine drained peaches and cinnamon sugar. Reserve.

CCP: Hold for cold service at 41°F until needed.

2. Split Pepperidge Farm® Goldfish® Bread- Whole Wheat sandwich bread.  Place on sheet pan and toast in 375°F oven until lightly crisp.

2. Top each bread half with 1 oz. cottage cheese,1/4 cup of peach mixture, and half of raisins.

3. Warm and serve immediately. 

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.

Recipe Tip

  1. For a complete reimbursable meal, try serving with 3/4 cup of fresh broccoli and 8 ounces of low-fat milk.
