A match made in heaven: potato and lobster! Delight your guests with this decadent appetizer: kettle potato chips topped with a creamy lobster sauce made with Campbell's® Culinary Reserve Lobster Bisque with Sherry, lobster meat, avocado, and white cheddar cheese.

Ingredient Weight Measure
Campbell's® Culinary Reserve Lobster Bisque with Sherry , 4 lb pouch 1 ea.
Cape Cod® Potato Chips, Original Kettle Cooked Chips , 13 ounces 39.000 oz. 3 bag
cooked lobster meat , coarsely chopped 32.000 oz. 6.25 cup
kosher salt , as needed 0 as needed
black pepper , ground 0 as needed
white Cheddar cheese , shredded 16.000 oz. 4 cup
cilantro , whole bunch(es), chopped 1 bunch
avocado , peeled, pitted, cubed 6 ea.
1.  Heat Campbell's® Culinary Reserve Lobster Bisque with Sherry according to package directions.  Reserve.

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.

2.  Gentle warm and season lobster meat with salt and pepper, as needed.  Reserve.
 
3.  To assemble, layer a small amount of the following on a round plate:
 
•  1/2 ounce Chips
•  1/2 ounce Lobster Meat
•  1/4 ounce Cheese
•  1 ounce Campbell's® Reserve® Lobster Bisque with Sherry
 
CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.

4.  Garnish each serving with diced avocado.  Serve immediately.
