To Make Croutons:
1. Cut prepared cornbread into cubes. Place on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper.
2. Bake in a low oven until the cubes are dry and begin to brown. Remove from oven and reserve for later use.
Prepare Soup:
1. Heat Campbells® Condensed Tomato Soup according to package directions.
CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.
CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.
To Serve:
1. Using an 8fl. oz. ladle, portion 1 cup soup into bowl. Top with1/2 oz. of croutons. Serve immediately.
