1. Cook macaroni until al dente, drain. Reserve.
2. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, onion powder, Mexican seasoning, granulated garlic and paprika (if using). Stir well to combine.
3. Use (5) 12x20x2 ½ pans and (1) 2 1/3 pan. Spray pans with non-stick spray. Reserve.
4. Evenly divide macaroni among the pans. Repeat with cooked turkey crumbles, bell peppers, black beans, corn and cheeses. Mix in pans to distribute ingredients.
5. Divide milk mixture between pans. Mix to combine and spread evenly.
6. Cover pans with foil. Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes. The center will still be loose.
7. Remove foil and bake again for 10-12 minutes, to brown and set the center. Allow to sit for 15 minutes before cutting.
CCP: CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.
CCP: CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.
8. Cut each full pan 4 x 5 and each 1/3 pan 1 x 5.
10. To Serve, portion 1 square onto serving plate along with a 0.75 oz. bag of Pepperidge Farm® Goldfish® Baked with Whole Grain Cheddar. Serve immediately.
